This competition winning entry for the new Lake Elsinore Civic Center establishes a strong pedestrian and viewline connection between the existing downtown business district and edge of Lake Elsinore. The new Town Hall is integrated into the Civic Center Park, and enhanced with the addition of a large farmers market and public plaza between the Town Hall and office building.
